Let's chat about your business, your objectives, etc. I take the time to understand you motivations & needs. I’ll send you a clear estimate of costs and timelines.

The quote and the deadlines sound good? Great! Now’s the time to send me any resources that will help me get to know you better (i.e., style guide, target audience info, etc.).

Preliminaries 🔎

For translation projects, I start by exploring your brand, your voice and the terminology used in your industry. For SEO-optimized copy, I identify your competitors, your target audience and the keywords they use in their searches. I choose strategic topics related to your audience's interests & needs. I present you with an editorial line and agenda to match your objectives.

I go to work 💪

I translate/write your copy. I usually launch a Q&A ping-pong to ensure my copy aligns with your message. Then, a trusted colleague reviews my work and suggests improvements. I finalize your text.

Check your email 💌

I deliver your texts within the planned deadline. You read it and give me your thoughts. I make any last changes (two rounds of revisions are included). You receive the final text and the invoice for payment within 30 days. Because I’m always looking to improve my services, I get in touch with you a bit later to ask for your thoughts on our collaboration.
